Here you will find out about KCSNP's projects. As a Chartered Kiwanis International club, we are constantly in pursuit of "Serving The Children Of The World". We engage corporate and private citizens through community projects and program. Below you will find details of community projects and also how you can join us!
Children's Health Is Priority - CHIP: a KCSNP-Endorsed program. This project empowers corporate partners to encourage children to develop healthy lifestyles. Children receive bracelets and charms 'CHIPS' from registered corporate partners, including dentists, pediatricians/ medical practitioners, cultural groups (e.g. junkanoo groups), fitness/ sporting federations, social media, food security, nutrition and more! As kids reach milestones, members within the network celebrate by giving them charms. By becoming a partner in this project, corporate citizens expand their marketing network, gain an advertising campaign package, including online/ social media advertisement, posters and network support to encourage children to live healthily.

Project 'Smart Start' is a service initiative which identifies and redirects school supplies and teaching aids to schools, teachers and, ultimately, students that need them.
Established this past summer (2023), this project now includes five other Kiwanis groups on five islands of The Bahamas, including San Salvador, Abaco, The Berry Islands, Andros and New Providence. To date, approximately $23,000 in school supplies and teaching aids have been donated and received by a range of grateful schools, teachers and students.

KCSNP is thrilled to announce its "Kiwanis Meets..." Program. From walkabouts to community needs assessment surveys, pantry drives and giveaways, and breakfasts, KCSNP welcomes the opportunity to meet our neighbours and their service needs as we endeavour to "serve the children of the world!"

KCSNP proudly announces the establishment of two service leadership clubs at St Andrew's International School. Slated to be fully chartered in November 2023, these two service groups have already gotten started learning about how to make a difference in their world. To support this initiative, please email info@kcsnp.org
Kiwanis International is a family of clubs that encourage networking and mutual support of initiatives that realize its mandate of "Serving the Children of the world." We are delighted to partner with Kiwanis Club of Over-The-Hill for our KCSNP signature project. We have also visited with them.
Why InterClub with Us?
There are many benefits to interclubbing. Here at KCSNP, we have taken these unique networking opportunities to the next level:
Would you like to Interclub with KCSNP?
The Kiwanis Clubs of Cable Beach, Pinewood, Nassau, and Nassau AM have also inter-clubbed with us since we got started.
KCSNP is grateful for the growth, support and the networking opportunities. We are also keen to interclub and so we welcome invitations to other Kiwanis clubs whether they are virtual or in person. If you are interested in inter-clubbing with KCSNP, please email our Secretary Aldeka via email secretary@kcsnp.org.
KCSNP Pantry - our pantry program is an essential project that directly meets the needs of parents and their children, providing food as well as clothing and hygiene products. These products are especially important during our community breakfasts and walkabouts as they meet needs immediately.
In addition to direct family donations, we also partnered with Blessed Nation Girls Club to make donation to the Children's Emergency Hostel. We invite other service and corporate partners to join this initiative. For the next phase, we are searching for corporate partners to provide drop sites where donations can be received. Our dedicated volunteers will collect and distribute to those members in the community who need them.
KCSNP Annual Business Expo - expert and novice business and business professionals are invited to share their products and services! Additionally, we will conduct a job fair to ensure that our parents and adults have access to job opportunities which will fortify their ability to care for their children and wards.
Our inaugural event is scheduled for March 2024. Individual and corporate KCSNP members receive an automatic vendor registration and discounts. Kiwanians from other clubs will also receive a discount if registered by February 1, 2024.
